Job requirements

  • 10 years of SM experience Ability to handle a complex team and/or multiple teams Knowledge and experience with various delivery frameworks/methodologies (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) SM Certification
  • Experience facilitating ceremonies
  • Experience driving Agile best practices Experience collaborating with technology & business partners
  • Expert at one or more of the following tools: - Rally - JIRA - confluence
  • Nice to have: Clinical experience ,Care Management experience, Product knowledge
