One of our companies is currently looking for an AI Engineer in the United States.

Accountabilities:

• Design and prototype innovative AI-driven features to enhance product and operational intelligence
• Collaborate across teams to implement and deploy LLM-based functionalities into production systems
• Lead strategic decisions around AI infrastructure, model selection, architecture, and tooling
• Establish and scale engineering standards for AI development in a fast-paced startup environment
• Stay current on AI advancements and guide internal teams on best practices and emerging tools
• Support cross-functional efforts by translating complex AI solutions into user-friendly applications
• Contribute to the company's broader AI strategy and help define the future of secure, intelligent technology
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI or machine learning
• Proven expertise in working with LLMs (both proprietary and open-source), embeddings, and NLP
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and technologies such as Spark, Flink, or Kafka
• Proficiency in cloud-based AI platforms like Google Cloud (Vertex AI) or AWS AI/ML services
• Experience taking AI models from concept to production in a real-world application
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience or a strong desire to build from the ground up
