Human Resources Manager

A dynamic and innovative company embarking on an exciting journey to establish a new manufacturing plant from the ground up. My client’s head office is based in Taiwan and they are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team and play a critical role in this venture.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the HR function for the new manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the plant's operations.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes to build a strong and capable team.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with the head office in Taiwan and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

What you need to suceed:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in building and leading teams.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
