Network Operations Center Engineer (Arista)

Below are high level skillset & certification pre-requisite for the resource:

1. Mandatory Arista L1 & L2 certifications.
2. Mandatory Cisco CCNA certification. CCNP certification is desirable.
3. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Arista & Cisco Technologies.
4. Experience with advanced industry standard monitoring tools (such as Arista CVP, Cisco DNAC, Riverbed) to continuously track network performance, identifying potential issues and bottlenecks.
5. Respond to alerts and alarms promptly, assessing the severity of issues and initiating appropriate troubleshooting procedures.
6. Diagnose and resolve straightforward network issues, escalating more complex problems to higher-tier engineers when necessary.
7. Maintain detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and solutions applied, ensuring transparency and knowledge retention.
8. Collaborate with higher-tier NOC engineers to resolve complex network problems, facilitating swift incident resolution.
9. Assist in the basic configuration of network devices, ensuring they operate within predefined parameters.
10. Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution progress.
