We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to become part of our team. This role involves crafting and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business goals. Responsibilities


  • Design scalable architectural solutions that cater to organizational requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical needs and transform them into executable plans
  • Lead the application design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams during project lifecycles
  • Assess and select technologies and tools to meet project objectives
  • Integrate systems and components into unified architectures effectively
  • Address technical challenges promptly to maintain project timelines
  • Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality benchmarks are met
  • Document architectural decisions and development methodologies to streamline workflows
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and industry developments to foster continuous improvement


Requirements


  • At least 5 years of Solution Architecture experience, including expertise in Java and AWS
  • Background in leading teams of five or more for at least 2 years as an Architect, Manager, or similar role
  • Showcase of involvement in at least two full lifecycle projects or multiple projects across varied development stages
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying scalable solutions
  • Skills in Spring Boot and Spring Data for backend system optimization
  • Knowledge of messaging and integration tools such as Apache Kafka and Apache Camel
  • Understanding of front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, and JavaScript for user interface development
  • Familiarity with testing tools including JUnit, Mockito, and Swagger to ensure software reliability
  • Expertise in CI/CD processes and build tools like Jenkins and Maven
  • Competency in Docker and Kubernetes for effective containerization and orchestration
  • Fluent English communication at C1 level or higher


Nice to have


  • Qualifications in Solution Architecture, including certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and its role in distributed systems
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to refine deployment and operational workflows
