Senior Product Manager - Fintech

As a member of Telekom Fintech products & services Team, the ideal candidate will:

1. Define the vision for the team’s products / services
2. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
3. Create a product road map based on the vision, and deliver according to defined deadlines
4. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the rest of the commercial team and other key stakeholders (technology, legal, privacy, operations) in order to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete product specifications.
5. Design from scratch or improve a specific digital product, or feature.
6. Oversee all stages of product development lifecycle cycle, under his / her responsibility.
7. Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements
8. Develop user stories, maintain them and collaborate with Design and Engineering team to refine the product requirements
9. Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process

You are the right candidate if you have:

1. Proven work experience in product management (2-3 years Fintech domain exp)
2. Familiarity with project management lifecycle
3. Research and knowledge in the FinTech industry latest trends and technologies.
4. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get things done
5. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams and can clearly articulate ideas and suggestions to both collaborators and management
6. Fluent both in English (verbal and written), Greek or German knowledge nice to have
7. Good time-management skills without compromising quality of deliverables
8. Proficient use of MS Office suite
9. Previous experience in the FinTech sector as well as in using Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence etc.) are considered a plus
