🚀 Position Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on project manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to drive critical infrastructure and fit-out projects at Bhogapuram Airport. This role demands precision, planning, and a proactive mindset to deliver world-class spaces on time and within budget.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 🔹 Oversee day-to-day execution of civil, architectural, and MEP works at the site, ensuring work is done as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines.
• 🔹 Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• 🔹 Review project designs and provide feedback or value-engineering suggestions to optimize cost and efficiency.
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory guidelines at all stages of the project.
• 🔹 Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, contractor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• 🔹 Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of equipment, systems, and materials.
• 🔹 Track budget utilization and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• 🔹 Provide regular progress updates to senior management and flag critical risks or delays proactively.
• 🔹 Ensure successful handover of completed work to operations/maintenance teams with full documentation.
