Job Description
At Qantas, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do—and we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager, Accessibility to lead the evolution of our accessibility experience and product roadmap across the Group. This role will design and drive the product strategy and roadmap for accessibility, identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment with both commercial goals and customer needs. The role will also ensure that product, design and execution collaborate as a team and drive consistent customer and commercial outcomes. Working in line with the Group Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, you will oversee governance and execution of key initiatives within your product portfolio, championing accessibility projects across Qantas that enhance the experience of all our customers.

Job Description
- Lead the development and delivery of a roadmap of accessibility initiatives that directly enhance the travel experience for customers with specific needs across the Qantas Group.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including the Access & Inclusion Committee, to shape policy, influence decision-making, and embed accessibility into the heart of our customer strategy.

You’ll have –
- 5+ years of professional experience in product ownership, project leadership, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs of work in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong background in accessibility, ideally with experience in Public Health, Allied Health, or the Disability sector.
- Expertise in product design, execution, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
- Skilled in project management, with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
