Ihre Aufgaben

  • Coaching and guiding teams of digital experts to excel in their roles, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation.
  • Support our Enterprise Architecture Community ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Driving our organization to the next level together with our Data and AI experts leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborating with departments to develop and implement digital strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and the adoption of new ideas and technologies.
  • Providing thought leadership and staying updated on digital trends and technologies.

Ihr Profil

  • Expertise in Data Analytics and Data Platforms - proficient in managing and optimizing data analytics tools and data platforms.
  • Experience in fostering digital innovation and proven implementation of digital strategies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT leadership experience in the digital field coupled with a university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Result-oriented mentality with strategic thinking capabilities to drive growth and innovation within the organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies with cross-functional teams.
