The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

We are looking for dynamic personalities with strategic vision and strong communication skills who want to lead our company's projects to success.

• Ongoing education in a technical or business environment (HAK, HTL, FH, University)
• Good English skills, experience with international projects is welcomed
• Basic understanding of business processes and technical concepts
• Interest in innovative technologies in the automotive field
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, independent and structured work approach

• Support in planning, developing, and implementing innovative projects
• Practical application of your theoretical knowledge for a period of 3 to 12 months
• For final theses (diploma, bachelor, and master theses): setting up and executing the individually chosen project, in close collaboration with your academic supervisor
• Integration into company processes and participation in optimizing existing products and processes
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to solve global challenges
• Participation in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops
