About The Role

The Commercial Recruiter plays an important role in supporting the global talent acquisition strategy. The objective is to independently find and recruit talent across various geographies/verticals/functions while providing excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of multiple end-to-end recruitment processes for a scope of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and closing candidates across different regions/verticals/functions while sticking to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Building sourcing strategies to identify top talent and translating hiring requirements to candidate profiles.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively builds and maintains a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensuring high candidate engagement by developing a tailored approach, providing interview preparation, and having regular check-ins and meaningful interactions.
• Leveraging recruiting dashboards and data to understand recruitment metrics, personal performance and self-correct progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Proactively builds and maintains good relationships with stakeholders, actively seeking to understand hiring requirements, setting expectations and providing process visibility throughout the hiring funnel.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally (but not mandatory) in Sales Recruitment or similar Commercial environments.
• You have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.
• You have knowledge of recruitment practices, including candidate sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and interview strategies.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ideally).
