About the job
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Tallinn or Tartu and help us create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into thoughtfully crafted user interfaces — balancing creativity, usability, and technical constraints. Our ideal candidate is passionate about design, has hands-on experience working with design systems, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you will do
- Designing wireframes and visual assets for our mobile app, desktop, and admin platforms, whilst ensuring responsive interfaces across various screen sizes.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices across all user experiences.
- Contributing to and evolving our design system.
- Collaborating closely with various team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing — and analyzing the results.
- Creating or sourcing appropriate animation and illustration assets to enrich the user experience.
- Actively participating in analysis and development discussions.
- Planning work, creating tasks, and managing your own workflow.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a UX/UI designer with a proven track record in designing for web, native and admin applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Comfortable working with design systems and building components.
- A team player with proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.
- Skills in creating illustrations, animations, and micro-interactions, and a degree in UX/UI or Product Design is considered an advantage.
To apply for this position, candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing their abilities.
Our promises to you
- A chance to change people’s habits towards a healthier lifestyle. More wellness around us equals a more active and happier society.
- Family-friendly benefits to support work-life balance (hybrid workplace, dedicated monthly budget for your physical and mental well-being, days off for personal occasions, and extra vacation days — to name only a few).
- Dedicated personal training budget, as well as company-organized training days to support your professional and personal growth.
- Opportunity to grow and develop your career internally.
- Fun startup environment combined with the perks of a fully established, successful company.
- Social activities, team events and celebrations all over Baltics.
