Private Equity Associate

🌍 Associate – Infrastructure Investments | Paris

Our client, a well-established investment firm specializing in infrastructure, is raising a new fund and looking to expand their dynamic team with a high-caliber Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful investments across the infrastructure space.

What you'll do:

• Support the execution of infrastructure investments from A to Z
• Conduct financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for IC
• Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives
• Assist in sector research, with a focus on infrastructure and maritime

What we're looking for:

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure funds
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Previous exposure to infrastructure– decarbonization, maritime/logistics is a plus
• Fluent in French and English
• Team player with strong communication skills
