Test Automation Lead

Location: Latvia. We don't offer relocation or visa support.

Key responsibilities:

Create and implement Test Automation strategies and Test Automation plans for particular projects

Create, maintain and develop Test automation framework

Be responsible for test automation process and results within the project

Work with international, cross-country teams

Participate in team selection and on-boarding process; drive, engage, and coach project testing team to achieve highest results

Ensure planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to key stakeholders, and suggest and implement improvements within the project or testing capability.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Test Management level

Experience with Test automation strategy and Test automation plan, approach creation and implementation for existing testing process

3+ years proficient in common Test automation technologies - Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Selenium, Python, Cucumber, Cypress, Robot framework

3+ years of background in automating the following areas (one or several): front-end, back-end, web services, micro services, mobile test automation

Strong understanding of test methodologies and processes

Strong people and coaching skills

Real experience with several test management tools as an advantage (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc)

Desired Qualifications

ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate
