Investment Associate

We have partnered with a prestigious Private Equity fund, hiring an Investment Associate in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
• Providing updates on individual investments, portfolio companies, and risk
• Preparing and presenting investment recommendations and reports to the investment committee
• Collaborating with the team to enhance internal reporting processes and analytics
• Monitoring and analysing the financial performance and key metrics of existing investments
• Conducting thorough market research, due diligence, and financial analysis to assess future investments
• Coaching and developing junior colleagues, Investment Analysts, and Investment Interns

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting or similar
• Strong financial modelling skills and an understanding of the private equity field
• Experience and/or strong interest for ESG related topics
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to manage work under pressure in a dynamic environment
