Executive Assistant

We’re currently looking to speak with EA’s looking to join our client in the Healthcare industry during an exciting period of growth.

This is a newly created position providing support to the recently appointed CEO of a growing company. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare industry, and will be highly organised, proactive and detail oriented.

Salary range: 45-50k depending on experience

Working Mode / Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Dublin 18

Start date: ASAP

What will I be doing?

• Providing administrative support to the CEO, including diary management and appointment coordination and travel arrangements
• Handling email correspondence and acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining records
• Providing comprehensive administrative support with a high level of confidentiality
• Assisting with coordination and smooth running of events and conferences all across Ireland

What are the requirements?

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, previously experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft package
• Proven experience in a fast paced and scaling environment
• Must possess a full valid drivers license
• Full working authorisation in Ireland
