Junior Project Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Project Engineer to join a growing manufacturing company in Galway. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong sales mentality and a passion for New Product Development (NPD).

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to drive the successful development of new products by collaborating closely with NPD, sales, and marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Acting as the key link between NPD, sales, and marketing to align project goals with business strategy.
• Influencing stakeholders to drive projects forward and ensure commercial success.
• Budget management and problem-solving to optimise resources.
• Ensuring timely project delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in project management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in NPD or marketing.
• A strong sales mentality, with the ability to align technical development with market demands.
• A proven track record of working closely with sales and marketing teams to bring new products to market.
• PMP Certification (advantageous but not essential).
• Experience in Class II medical devices (advantageous but not required).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive projects to completion.
