We’re looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team and help drive the successful execution of technical projects from inception to delivery. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in project management while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Be

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking technical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Support risk management efforts by identifying potential roadblocks and escalating concerns proactively.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and risk logs, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Help optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency across teams.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Work closely with senior project managers to gain insights into best practices and grow within the role.

Qualifications Needed To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experiences
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
