Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician located in Latvia. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting issues, and performing computer repairs. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining and upgrading computer systems, and providing user support. Additionally, the technician will manage and document technical support activities and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently on-site
• A relevant certification or degree in Information Technology is a plus
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting is beneficial
• Familiarity with Windows and Office Deployment Services is advantageous
