About The Project

We are in the middle of delivering the CMS and LMS with two technology projects. In the new era of Generative AI, coupled with profound insights from learning science, we are pioneering the development of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Our goal is to become the market leader for financial and law professional education with the Personalized Learning Journey (PLJ) product for our customers. And course creators will use the PLJ Builder, an AI and learning science enabled authoring and orchestration tool to compose PLJs.

Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems

Define requirements by creating and managing high-level business solutions, BA artifacts, while also identifying potential problems, opportunities, and dependencies for efficient project planning.
Play a key role in outlining user stories and requirements, contributing to planning sessions.
Demonstrate negotiation skills in managing requirements among multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment between client expectations and our capabilities.
Visualize business processes, represent potential application workflows, and construct UML diagrams to enhance understanding and documentation of project components.
Contribute a valuable business perspective to the customer process, providing conceptual insights and mockups when necessary.
Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Ensure ongoing communication with internal project teams to synchronize visions, coordinate potential solutions, and foster alignment among ecosystem components.
Facilitate effective communication regarding proposed solutions, enhancements, and modifications to ensure alignment between potential clients and internal teams.
Actively participate in meetings, conduct demo sessions, gather feedback, and subsequently deliver compiled outcomes in a follow-up format post-meetings.
Perform in-depth research to produce comprehensive project requirements and user stories, complete with acceptance criteria, determining specifications, conducting gap and competitive analyses, outlining business rules, and devising roadmaps to transition from the current state to the desired state.
Ensure ongoing communication with internal project teams to synchronize visions, coordinate affected modules, and foster seamless integration among ecosystem components.
Sustain continuous and extensive collaboration, regular interaction with BA-colleagues working on related projects.
Collaborate closely with potential clients during the Presale phase, engaging with stakeholders, including management, development, and engineering teams, to understand their business objectives and requirements, subsequently documenting initial business processes, workflows, and potential system functionalities.
Conduct preliminary research to produce initial project requirements and user scenarios, outlining business rules, and devising preliminary roadmaps to transition from the current state to the desired state.
Maintain active and effective communication with potential clients and internal project teams throughout the Presale process, fostering collaboration and jointly developing initial project requirements.

Required Skills And Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst on projects within Software Development organizations.
Strong grasp of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices as well as the proficiency in rapidly comprehending complex business processes, new tasks and the ability to quickly grasp new challenges, find efficient solutions promptly, and excel in problem-solving.
Experience in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstration materials to showcase the value of proposed solutions to prospective clients.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements documentation and analysis.
Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the development process.
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, with excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of interacting effectively with English-speaking customers to deliver clear and persuasive presentations, reports, and proposals to clients.
Full knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with practical experience in applying them to projects.
Demonstrated experience working with task management systems such as Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma (!), Axure, and Balsamiq.
Proficiency in constructing diagrams using tools like Draw.io and Lucidchart for visualizing requirements and processes.
Team player: demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, self-managing and result oriented person.

Nice To Have

Experience in E-Learning projects would be a valuable asset in understanding specific industry challenges and requirements.
Understanding of microservice architecture and the technical capability to comprehend existing integrations and manage new ones.
Knowledge of Data Science concepts, offering the potential to enhance the analysis process and gain deeper insights into prevailing business trends and patterns.
Experience working in cross-cultural teams is a plus, showcasing the ability to collaborate in diverse environments.
Capability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify market opportunities and potential clients.
Management (project or team coordination) experience. An ability to handle complex tasks, coordinate activities, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Prior experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems like Canvas, Google Classroom, Schoology, and Student Information Systems (SIS) such as Aeries, Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, or similar platforms can be advantageous for understanding the educational technology landscape.
