Business Analyst

This is an urgent mission opportunity to start ASAP.

Initial 6 months assignment with the possibility for extension.

Our client, a well known financial Institution based in Luxembourg is searching for a Business Analyst to support their internal Reporting Team. As part of this team, you'll be required to participate in a variety of tasks to include; data and process analysis, documentation creation for development use and also user testing.

Skills required:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 4 years
• Experience working with SQL
• Previous exposure to Finance or Regulatory teams
• Ability to recognize key information, identify problems, establish connections and validating before taking action.
• Staying up to date on markets trends, risks and product information, remaining curious to new emerging technologies/way of working
• Sympathetic approach to ensure you're putting yourself in the customer/client shoes, ensuring a harmonised approach to delivery.
• Ability to take initiatives to improve products, processes and channel policies – ensuring that creative ideas are listened to and implemented.

Please note, for this position you must be eligible to work in Luxembourg and to work onsite.
