YOUR ROLE

We are looking for Tech Analyst to join our teams in Lisbon.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Writing User Stories, whenever necessary, detailing the functional and technical acceptance criteria that will support the delivery of the US/Task.
• Creating documentation/diagrams of journeys using Confluence.
• Monitoring the developments with the Developers, supporting the Product Owner during the validation and acceptance of the implementation.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Mindset of adaptability, negotiation, and collaboration with other teams.
• Autonomy in research, analysis, and troubleshooting issues using only application logs.
• Knowledge of architecture and integration models (SOAP, JSON, WSDL, HTTP), and networking.
• Technical knowledge in tools such as Openshift, Linux, Splunk, SoapUI, and Postman.
• English fluent.
