The role will be based in Ljubljana, Slovenija and will report directly to the Cardiometabolic Business Unite Director.

The Position
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive disease awareness and growth of the cardiometabolic market among healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible to develop and execute strategic and operational multichannel HCP marketing plans in alignment with business ethics, local regulations, and global brand strategy.

Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

• Lead, prepare, and drive ambitious, high-quality cross-functional launch plans
• Analyse market trends and gather insights from competitors and customers to position and differentiate Novo Nordisk
• Drive and develop multichannel engagement (MCE) opportunities, materials, and tools to meet customer and field force business needs
• Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise outcomes
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

As a Product Manager, you need to have relevant education (natural science), university degree in pharmacy, medicine and similar. In addition, you need to have therapy area knowledge and existing relationships with HCPs and other relevant stakeholders. Moreover, you need to have Slovenian language at the level of a native speaker, fluent English.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven success in strategic thinking, operational effectiveness, collaboration and similar roles.
• Patient and business driven
• Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical market landscape
