What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (preferred) or similar discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting, in house or in agency;
• Experience in using a variety of recruitment tools to source candidates (job sites, LinkedIn, social media, networking);
• Ability to deal with complexity;
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
• Ability to accurately assess candidate skill set, motivation as well as job and company fit;
• Attention to details and strong time management skills;
• Ability to work independently, enthusiastically and creatively with limited supervision;
• Experience working with Microsoft suite;
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

What you will do:

• You'll identify the best talents according to Mega Image's values and culture (Headquarter positions);
• You'll be responsible with planning and coordinating full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer, signing contracts and induction for new employees;
• You will advertise open jobs in order to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities;
• You'll search for new creative ways to find candidates and try new approaches to attract talent (using a variety of sourcing methods);
• You'll implement selection processes according to Mega Image principles and conduct qualitative interviews;
• You will focus on developing a high-quality candidate experience;
• You'll represent the company at events related to recruitment;
• You get the chance to manage other projects and tasks that will expand your knowledge and expertise.
