Junior Recruitment Assistant

We are currently focusing on and allocating dedicated resources to a new strategic initiative aimed at reshaping the way recruitment and outsourcing are done. Our goal is to build a scalable, high-value model that brings clarity and structure both to recruiters and to end clients. We’re working towards a transparent and results-driven process that ensures delivery of the right candidates in an easily evaluable, well-documented format — making the entire recruitment journey more efficient, measurable, and impactful.

• Excellent communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and adapt quickly
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
• Agile mindset – flexible, fast-moving, and focused on continuous improvement

Activity: 

• Manage the candidate pipelines
• Post and manage  job advertisements 
• Contact and schedule interviews with potential candidates
• Contact and reschedule candidates that did not show for the interviews 
• Learn and apply the things you learn about sourcing and recruitment field 
• Take over interviews when needed 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

On-site work for the first 3 months, with the possibility to shift to a hybrid model afterwards
