What You’ll Do

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the activities of delivery teams, identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, and leading the team in finding solutions. You will coordinate with other teams and functional partners, actively escalate issues when necessary to ensure their resolution. Your role will support the analysis, budgeting, documentation, design, construction of technical solutions, development, and implementation of IT projects within the Vodafone Romania Technologies portfolio for external clients, from contracting to official closure. You will efficiently manage priorities and viewpoints from external clients, ensuring effective communication and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will deliver transformational projects and develop information systems, providing detailed planning and continuous monitoring of project activities. Regularly presenting project reports to the organization's management and controlling project changes, implementation time, tasks, and resource allocation will be part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure continuous knowledge transfer to colleagues and adhere to internal regulations, policies, procedures, and the Vodafone Group Code of Conduct.

Who You Are

• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan long-term objectives
• Proficient in project measurement, control, planning, and management
• Skilled in coordinating teams, including those located in different countries
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Capable of providing team counseling, motivation, and evaluation
• Strong problem-solving orientation and negotiation skills
• Proficient in text processing, electronic tables, graphics, budgeting, and written communication in English
• Holds a university degree and has international project management experience
• Knowledgeable in Agile project delivery methodologies
