At MatchWornShirt, we bring fans closer to the game by showcasing one-of-a-kind, match-worn shirts from the biggest names in football. Now, we’re looking for a visual storyteller to help capture the magic through striking photography and video.

Whether it’s a shirt still damp from a last-minute winner or a jersey kissed by the captain before kickoff, you’ll be the one turning those details into stories fans can see, feel, and own.

Your mission

As our Creative Product Photographer / Videographer, you’ll be based in our brand-new, fully equipped studio in Zaandam, creating stunning visual content that powers our auctions, campaigns, and global marketing efforts.

You will;

• Capture high-quality product photos and videos of match-worn shirts that stop thumbs and turn heads.
• Own and optimise the studio setup — lighting, backgrounds, camera rigs — to keep visuals sharp and consistent.
• Ensure a premium, consistent visual style across photography and video (colour correction, composition, lighting, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on content ideas, campaign visuals, and social media edits.
• Contribute to evolving our visual brand guidelines with fresh thinking and technical know-how.

What you bring to the table

• 3-5 years of experience in product photography and (basic) videography — bonus points for sports or apparel.
• Confident with studio lighting, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• A solid portfolio that shows off your creativity, consistency, and eye for product detail.
• A structured, efficient working style — you’re organised, detail-driven, and always looking to improve processes.
• Affinity for sports and fan culture — you understand why these shirts matter.
• Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in Zaandam daily.
