Role Overview:

As part of a cross-functional team, you'll drive innovation, accelerate product delivery, and continuously improve our tools, processes, and engineering practices.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visit 1 time per week)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android apps using modern tech stack
• Implement secure, scalable, and testable solutions
• Collaborate across teams, contribute to reviews and improvements
• Support incident handling when needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Android/Kotlin development
• Solid knowledge of Android frameworks & architecture patterns
• Experience with CI/CD and secure app development
• Comfortable working in distributed teams
• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Architecture: MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture
• Libraries: Retrofit, Coroutines, Room
• DI: Koin / Dagger / Hilt
• State Management: ViewModel, LiveData
• Tools: Git, CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab)
• Security: Encrypted storage, SSL pinning, HTTPS
