Hipodrom.com, with the agreement made by Hipodrom Şans Oyunları Anonim Şirketi with the Turkish Jockey Club Association (TJK); has become the official virtual dealer for betting games on mutual and fixed odds races.

Both the website and mobile applications of Hipodrom.com allow betting on all races.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Specialist to join our dynamic team in the horse racing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing branding strategies that enhance our brand presence and engagement in this niche market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the sports, betting, e-commerce, telecom or entertainment industries.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies tailored to the horse racing industry.
• Manage and oversee all brand communication, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels, including social media, websites, events, and partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovative branding solutions.
• Tracking the visuals on the web and mobile site in collaboration with the graphic team.
• Coordinating and contributing to on-site events in collaboration with the agency.
• Reporting all business processes to the Brand Manager.
