Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.


Responsibilities:

Manages TD projects (Career paths, Competency models, Mentorship program, LMS implementation)

• Provides coaching and consulting for Managers

• Provides reporting and analytics related to projects

• Supports and optimizes TD processes in the Company

• Ensures automatization of processes

• Participates in cross-team projects to bring TD perspective to them


Requirements:

• Experience in Talent Development/Learning&Development from 3 years;

• Experience in building Career paths, Competency models from scratch

• Preferred experience in IT sector/igaming/gamedev;

• Previous experience in other HR roles is a plus; experience with project management from 3 years;

• University degree

• Leadership to lead project teams of high-level professionals

• Effective communication

Fluent English and Russian (C1, written and verbal)


Additional skills:

• Ability to structure and convey information

• Experience in creating analytics and presentations with reports

Knowledge of Miro, Power Point presentation and Excel

• Knowledge of learning theory (Kolb cycle, 6D, learning styles, androgogy)

• HR general processes: Performance management, Learning&Development, Hiring, Exit, Motivation

• Data management: how to collect, store, analyze data, also data security in TD related area

• Cultural differences basics; visualization of information - at least basics of color theory, fonts, overall visual presentation of information.
