Job Description – RPA Consultant (Blue Prism)

We are seeking a skilled consultant with solid experience in developing and maintaining RPA processes using the Blue Prism platform. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for automating and streamlining our processes within life insurance and pensions.

Responsibilities:

  •   Development, maintenance and enhance existing RPA processes using Blue Prism.
  •   Actively participate in the team's agile working methodology (Scrum/SAFe).
  •   Closely collaborate with other developers, business experts, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

  •   Solid experience developing RPA solutions in Blue Prism.
  •   Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or SAFe).
  •   Experience from the financial sector would be an advantage.
  •   Good technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex systems.

Personal Qualities:

  •   Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
  •   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  •   Norwegian speakers preferred.
  •   Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Workplace and Work Arrangement:

  •   Physical presence at the office is required.
  •   A hybrid work arrangement may be agreed upon, allowing up to 2 days per week working remotely after mutual agreement.
