Senior Project Manager (Contract - 6 months)

Job Purpose

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless execution of transformative projects of SAP implementations. This role as a Project Manager will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional tea.ms, business and IT stakeholders, and external partners to meticulously plan and oversee project scope, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines. With a proven track record in navigating complex projects in ERP implementation, the role will leverage your outstanding leadership, communication, and project management competencies to drive the realization of project objectives, ensuring the attainment of desired outcomes for the organization.

Job Requirements

Education/Certification and Continued Education

• A relevant University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Years of Experience

• 10+ years of project/program management, with at least 4 years of experience in complex SAP or Oracle ERP transformations, cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.
• Previous experience in a project management role / implemented ERP SaaS solution across a multi-industry organization, across multiple functions (Corporate Finance, Retail, etc).

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager – PgMP® and PMP® (or similar) certifications would be an added advantage
• Have strong knowledge of processes across multiple business functions.
• Proven knowledge of technical, commercial and organizational issues that impact Program strategy and planning
• Thorough understanding of project/Program management techniques and methods in Waterfall, Agile & Hybrid method.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is mandatory
• Strong technical background and ability to understand complex software functionality, design and technical issues, in order to drive the right priorities, trade-offs and resolutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, especially in the areas of teamwork, stakeholder management, and ability to influence; ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions.
