Data Visualization and Reporting Analyst

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Data Visualization and Reporting Analyst to create intuitive dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear, user-friendly visual reports.
• Build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Maintain recurring reports and data refresh processes.
• Work with data engineers to ensure availability of clean data.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in reporting and data visualization.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Understanding of data storytelling and user-centric design.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning.
