Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and support the delivery of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing Agile teams and transformations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are followed and delivery goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement
• Lead Agile transformations and support organizational adoption of Agile frameworks
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability
• Track and report on team progress using tools like Jira, eazyBI, Power BI, etc.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders and teams
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined product backlogs and sprint goals
• Promote Agile best practices across the organization and mentor less experienced Scrum Masters

Required Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex, enterprise environments
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MIRO, Planview, and Clarify
• Experience working with Salesforce and CRM-integrated Agile environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive Agile adoption and coach team members at all levels

Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) – required
• Additional Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC – preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience with eazyBI or Power BI for Agile reporting
• Familiarity with Salesforce customization and CRM process flows
• Background in Agile delivery within [Industry, e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.]
