Data Scientist

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking experienced Data Scientists to apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to support business innovation and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Present findings using visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Stay current with advances in AI/ML and recommend new tools or methods.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Solid foundation in statistics, math, and hypothesis testing.
