Data Analyst

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking experienced Data Analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ad-hoc and routine analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms for data exploration.
• Present findings through charts, graphs, and presentations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and basic BI tools.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
