Data Analytics Developer

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking experienced Data Analytics Developers to transform raw data into actionable insights through ETL processes, data modeling, and interactive dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in analytics deliverables.
• Optimize performance of large datasets and queries.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
• Experience with visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and dimensional design.
