In this role, you will deliver experiences to the region’s leading digital brands - designing solutions that impact millions, from fast-growing startups to household tech giants, getting exposure to a variety of industries.
We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems and brings a data-informed, customer-first mindset to every challenge. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from first click, purchase, claims, customer loyalty and winning back customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion the full customer lifecycle: Design experiences that consider the entire user journey across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention. Proactively identify and bridge experience gaps across different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Influence through data & storytelling: Use qualitative and qualitative data to back design decisions and clearly articulate the “why” behind your solutions. Craft compelling narratives to bring stakeholders along the journey and secure alignment early.
- Creative problem solving: Continuously explore and apply best-in-class UX practices to ensure our products stay current and competitive. Regularly audit and update legacy designs to improve consistency and user delight.
- Design with strategic intent: Translate business goals, customer insights and provide vision into a clear and documented design strategy, defining design success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams, tracking impact post-launch
- Drive continuous optimization: Champion a culture of continuous CX improvement and proactively drive growth ambitions for better usability and conversion
- Deliver with agility & accountability: Manage time and iterations efficiently to meet delivery timelines without compromising quality, balance iteration with decisiveness – knowing when to explore and when to converge. Identify and implement improvements in workflow to increase productivity.
- Communicate & align proactively: Facilitate reviews and feedback loops within decision-making forums with clarity and purpose. Work hand-in-hand with digital team to ensure design is embedded in product development – not an afterthought. Be a strong & confident visual and verbal communicator that advocates for design as the subject-matter-expert.
Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Designer with direct experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end work on digital products
- Demonstrated experience designing across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and re-engagement
- Proven ability to work in a B2B2C distribution ecosystem with multiple customer segments and touchpoints
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals and customer insights into coherent design strategies
- Comfortable using data to drive and justify design decisions
- Experience in A/B testing, design experiments, customer surveys and other research methodologies appropriate to the product challenge
- High proficiency in modern design tools (Figma is a must), UI/UX design principles, best-in-class experiences and able to ship high-quality designs efficiently while managing multiple iterations and feedback loops
- Able to take requirements in any form (verbal, written, meeting brief) and independently produce designs or content in accordance with the needs
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to the team’s success and fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- User research experience from design, launch and reporting findings with respective actions
- Ability to adhere to branding guidelines, while creatively solving design challenges
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, collaborative team player that thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Experience in sprint participation, able to handle front-end development challenges and work with developers to reach an amicable solution that does not compromise UX
- A keen eye and strong attention to detail, translating into accurate design asset management, organised file management in Figma and version management
- Ability to effectively prioritise, iterate and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-starter, able to take on projects independently and always deliver with high-quality
- Copywriting experience
- Interaction design experience
- People-management experience
- Storytelling skill via presentation (Powerpoint or other other multimedia platforms)
- User-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, bootstrap
