Content Designer (UI & Product Writing Focus)

As Longbridge continues its rapid expansion, we're seeking a Content Designer to help shape our product's voice, refine UX writing, and strengthen how our brand communicates with users. This role is focused on language, messaging, and strategic content—not visual design.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex ideas, craft intuitive UI copy, and ensure every word aligns with our brand mission.

📍 Location: Singapore or Hangzhou, China (flexible office arrangements)

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Write and optimize product UI copies, notifications, and marketing content that drive engagement and business impact.
• Develop frameworks, guidelines, and audits to elevate product content quality.
• Use data (metrics/research) to validate content decisions.

Collaboration

• Partner with product, visual design, and research teams to define communication strategies.
• Advocate for clear, user-centric language across all touchpoints.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of content design experience (UI writing, product messaging, or UX content strategy).
• Native or near-native English + full professional proficiency in Mandarin (reading/writing/speaking).
• Portfolio showcasing:
• UX writing samples (e.g., UI microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows).
• Problem-solving through UX writing/content design (how your work improved user comprehension or engagement).
• Strong product sensibility—you bridge gaps between business goals and user needs.

Nice-to-Have

• Interest in investing, fintech, or AI.
• Familiarity with Figma (to collaborate with visual designers).
