We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our People Operations team. You will support HR reporting and data analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our People Operations team. You will support HR reporting and data analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Prepare monthly headcount reports and support ad-hoc HR data requests.
- Support staff cost allocation processes with the HR and Finance teams.
- Manage Restricted Stock Unit eligibility and the termination process.
- Coordinate with external vendors on Employee Share Option Plan operations.
- Assist with SOX compliance and quarterly compliance declarations.
- Support job postings and fair hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations or similar roles.
- Proficient in Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
