Java Full stack Developer

Job Description

Infosys is seeking Java Fullstack Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering work items as per the client power cell team goals, utilize JIRA for user stories management, follow scrum ceremonies, co-ordinate with the teams (client, offshore, 3rd party vendors), participate in requirement and architecture discussion, follow or develop DevSecOps practices, Knowledge Management Compliances with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to this location prior to Onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 2 years of application development and support experience in using Java and related technologies, Design and development experience using Object Oriented design principles and software design patterns,
• At least 2 years of Experience with Micro services development using spring boot or any other technology framework,
• At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, hosting, and debugging RESTful API Web services, Experience in Performance tuning in SQL,
• At least 2 years of web application-development experience using Angular/React technologies, Strong understanding and hands-on programming/scripting experience skills JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular,
• Experience in Typescript, JSON, HTML5, CSS3,
• Experience working on one of DB technologies, writing queries etc. – Oracle, MySQL, Azure SQL, or Postgres

• Passionate about learning new technologies and enjoy a collaborative team environment
• Experience with translating business use cases to technical solutions, user interface design and database structures.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
