Role Overview:

For Performance Manager for Laundry, you will oversee the performance and optimization of Snoonu’s laundry services, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to drive efficiency, enhance service quality, and implement strategies that align with our brand standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations management, performance analytics, and customer-centric service delivery, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


(Some of) What you will be doing:

  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of laundry operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline laundry operations, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and implement data-backed strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Customer Experience: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate with teams to develop training programs that enhance staff skills, improve service standards, and ensure consistent performance across all touchpoints.
  • Innovation & Growth: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in laundry services, introducing innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular performance reports, present insights to senior management, and communicate actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.


Attitude matters most, but do you have any of these?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ year of experience in operations management, performance analysis, or a related field, preferably within the laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and improving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Excel; experience with performance management software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Arabic will be an advantage).
