Your tasks

• Verifying applications and registering of candidates into the CRM system
• Creating and editing of candidates' CVs into Sii format
• Updating information about candidates in the database
• Creating and publishing job offers
• Cooperating closely with recruitment teams
  
  

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Good organization of own work and ability to set priorities
• Willingness to learn how to work on modern recruitment tools such as CRM Online
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in administration, HR, or recruitment support will be an advantage
• Availability to work full time
• Willingness to come to Lublin as part of the introduction to duties and to travel to Lublin once a quarter
• Fluent Ukrainian and residing in Ukraine required
