Product Design Manager

The Enterprise Products is responsible for creating experiences that empower employees, deliver impactful business outcomes, and transforming how we work. We are seeking an experienced Product Design Manager based in Bangalore, India who demonstrates interest in building innovative enterprise-level products and leading a team in crafting a best-in-class experiences. As the Product Design Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of designers to create experiences that empowers Meta to achieve our business goals. You will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with counterparts in product management, engineering, data science, UX research, content design, and other disciplines to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team in building great products that address real user needs.

Product Design Manager Responsibilities:

• Effectively build and manage a design team, including clear goal setting, prioritization and project fit while managing with a focus on individual career progression
• Ensure a shared vision and alignment by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, research, engineering, data science and stakeholders
• Translate strategic goals of the org into design opportunities
• Ensure a high bar of design quality through product delivery
• Contribute as an IC on strategic assessment of new big bets and navigating highly ambiguous or emergent problems
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product design experience
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience with a proven track record of building and shipping quality products
• Experience shaping product strategy
• Ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization
• Clear, concise communication with executive-level stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working in a multi geographic team set up
• Experience in enterprise-level products
