Block-chain Developer

Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Own functionality and scalability features by taking responsibility from inception to deployment and customer integration.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage the blockchain-based solution and application development process.
  • Smart Contracts: Build and help in the development of several smart-contract projects.
  • Integration: Build integration libraries and SDKs to interface with our server and APIs.
  • Concepts Implementation: Investigate and apply Ethereum and Solidity basic concepts to improve all elements of the transaction path and lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Expose and document functionality to the UI, third-party developers, and our internal and external tooling.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with all engineering teams to ensure consistency in understanding technical requirements and overall work quality.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship to your peers in the broader engineering team through code reviews and education on best practices.

Requirements

  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, and Java.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of foundational concepts of blockchain technology.
  • Cryptocurrencies: Understanding, interest, and experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchains.
  • API Design: Experience with RESTful API design.
  • Testing: Strong unit and functional testing and debugging skills.
  • Algorithm Design: Deep understanding of algorithm design.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills; complexity analysis.
  • Blockchain Experience: Experience with Bitcoin or Ethereum.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Minting, Forking.
