About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for the Claims Vertical to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects across the Insurance Claims Charter. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives aimed at enhancing the claims customer experience and driving effective decision-making

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and refine program objectives, strategies, and program planning
• Lead project executions, monitoring project progress, identifying and solving potential issues
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-deliver
• Ensure that projects meet quality standards and best practices to deliver excellence
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize project
• Maintain and deliver detailed program documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and budget updates

Skills Required :

• Business first thinking
• Highly analytical and data-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be highly collaborative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
• Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach a problem
• Graduation from IIT and between 3-6 years of experience would be great, not mandatory
• MBA from top 4 B schools with up to 3 years of experience
