Urgent! Fullstack Software Engineer – UK-based – Series A Funded Startup – Rapid Growth – Fully Remote 🌳

Ideally the candidates will be based around the Southwest, Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, London or Thame Valley Areas but this isn't essential.

Areti Group is excited to partner with a Series A funded startup poised for rapid expansion, growing by 40 heads in the next 3 months! We are urgently seeking x15 fullstack/software engineers to join their high-performing team. These fully remote roles offer the chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects for an innovative and fast-growing company. Travel for on-site collaboration once a month will be fully covered.

Tech Stack:

We’re looking for fullstack engineers who have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, and a passion for learning and embracing new tech.

You dont have to have all the languages but just some and you will be taught the rest, Strong object orientated design is a must.

Languages:

🌳 Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#, PHP

🌳 VueJs, Typescript/Angular/React

Cloud:

🌳 Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Databases:

🌳 PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

Additional Tools & Frameworks:

🌳 Software Design Patterns – TDD, DDD

🌳 Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack applications across both front-end and back-end.
• Cloud & Database Management: Build scalable, cloud-based solutions using AWS, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• API Development: Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL to enable smooth data flow between services.
• Software Design Patterns: Apply TDD (Test Driven Development) and DDD (Domain Driven Design) best practices to ensure maintainable, efficient code.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Use DevOps processes, including virtualization, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams using Scrum and Kanban to deliver high-quality products in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Polyglot Developer: Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to work across the full tech stack.
• Object-Oriented Design: Strong understanding of OO principles, writing modular and maintainable code.
• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for continuous improvement.
