C# Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust C# code within a large-scale, high-impact project.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while continuously optimizing performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Basel for team collaboration.

Profile:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in C# development.
• Deep understanding of .NET and its ecosystem.
• Strong grasp of multithreading and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and relational databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
