Junior Game Tester

We are seeking a vibrant Junior Game Tester to join our newly established Performance Playtesting Team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering a world-class gaming experience and uphold fair competition across all player levels.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct playtesting activities for various game titles, including detailed test-case-based testing and exploratory-style reviews
  • Set up consoles and mobile devices for playtesting sessions
  • Acquire familiarity with necessary tools to perform daily tasks
  • Submit reports detailing identified defects
  • Complete playtesting questionnaires


Requirements


  • Active player across multiple titles, genres, and platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of PC/Windows
  • Discretion and compliance in handling protected client information
  • Flexibility to attend planned weekend overtime shifts once every quarter
  • Office-based work starting between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC -04)
  • A2+ written and B1 spoken level in English


Nice to have


  • Background in game testing, including A/B playtesting and functional testing experience
  • Understanding of functional testing fundamentals, including theory, processes, and tools
  • Familiarity with logging bugs using Jira
