Support Front Dev

Job Description

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Experience with API integration (RESTful & GraphQL) and working with backend teams to consume and optimize API data.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).

Familiarity with authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Understanding of API performance optimization (caching, pagination, error handling).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress, or similar).

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support for front-end applications, troubleshooting issues reported by users or internal teams.

Debug and resolve front-end bugs related to performance, UI/UX, and functionality.

Assist in minor feature development and updates to improve the application experience.

Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications.

Exposure to QA automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.

Security & Authentication – Ensure secure API interactions by

implementing OAuth, OKTA and other authentication/authorization

mechanisms to protect user data and prevent vulnerabilities like

CSRF and XSS.

Error Handling & Resilience – Build robust error-handling

mechanisms, implement retries for failed requests, and ensure smooth

fallback strategies to enhance application stability.

Collaboration with Backend & DevOps – Work closely with

backend engineers to define API contracts, test endpoints, and

optimize performance while integrating APIs into CI/CD workflows for

automated testing and deployment
